Permission to Hunt on Private Property

In the past, the Club had "Permission to Hunt on Private Property" books that members could use to both confirm a "participation shoot" and to formalise permission from the landowner to shoot.  These booklets are no longer available.

So the Club will use the NSW Firearms form for the same purpose.

The process is the following

1. Print the form.

2. Have it completed with all the necessary information.

3. Have the landowner sign the form.

4. Either bring the signed form to the Range and hand it in to the office, or email a copy of this completed form (photo is OK) to the club's hunting record email address ( hvhc.hunt.rego@gmail.com )

Once we have received this form, we will record the shoot in the Range attendance system (Square) and file the form.  This will ensure we capture the shoot for participation compliance and aslo for the insurance cover.
